John Baldwin Elementary School

CEF President's Message

Dear John Baldwin Families,

We are honored and excited to be serving a second year as CEF Co-Presidents, and to work alongside a Board filled with dedicated members of our John Baldwin community who are actively committed to making a difference in the education of our students.

We strongly believe parent donations are a vital factor to continuing the standards of education we are used to here at John Baldwin. Government funding is not enough to provide the kind of public education our children deserve. Local parcel taxes and bond measures help, but do not completely cover the need. With your help, the Cougar Education Fund will continue to invest in our children  and bridge the gap between what public education offers and what a competitive, 21st-century education should be.

Here is a closer look at how John Baldwin would be affected without CEF funds:

For education to thrive at John Baldwin, we need everyone to contribute. You can demonstrate your support and commitment by being a loyal donor. CEF holds three fundraising events throughout the year, our Donation Drive via Fall Registration, our annual Jog-A-Thon, and our Spring Fundraiser. You can also contribute through our Corporate Matching program and Cougar Rewards programs.

Every student benefits every day from your tax-deductible CEF donation. Together we are building brighter futures and a stronger community.

With heartfelt thanks to everyone in our community,

Laura Glover and Michelle Beckham
